Malgorzata Plecka, an immigration studies teacher at Winona State University, has recently returned from an educational trip to the land of a billion people: China. Her impressions and pictures are fascinating and she is willing to share these with any who would enjoy them with her. Come to the Polish Museum (theater), 102 Liberty Street, at 7 p.m. on April 18 to vicariously experience China through the eyes of a young Polish woman.
Plecka is from Slupsk, Poland, is a faculty member at WSU, and is a volunteer at the Polish Museum and friend to many in the greater Winona community. This event is free and open to the public.
