The Economic Club of Winona Area will present “In a world where a single organizational misstep or presidential Tweet can change everything.” The pivotal leadership skill today is effectively engaging shape holders/regulators, the media, and social and political activists. These shape holders have no stake in an organization’s success, but significant power to determine its risks and opportunities, if not its survival. Mark Kennedy will share insights from his book, “Shapeholders — Business Success in the Age of Activism,” on September 6 from 7:30-9 a.m. at Merchants Bank, 102 East Second Street, Winona.
