Walkabout Winona tour
Tuesday, October 2, 1-2:30 p.m.
Walkabout Winona is a walking tour presented by a student-run business from Winona State University (WSU). Travel down to the levee and through historic downtown Winona. Discover iconic architecture, secret societies, and the footprints of famous individuals and corporations. Walking distance is one mile; the cost is $8 for members.

Minnesota Safety Council Defensive Driving: refresher course
Monday, October 22, 12:30-4:30 p.m.
This four-hour safety diving class is for those who have already taken the initial eight-hour class.
There will be no driving and no test. You will receive a certificate of completion to provide to your insurance company for a 10-percent discount on your insurance. Wisconsin residents must ask their insurance agent if they will cover the discount.
Register by October 8; the cost is $17 for members or $26 for nonmembers.

Hypnotherapy: mood mastery with Sarah Ventura
Members pay $5 for each class.
• Education: Tuesday, October 9, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Is your mood under our control or are people victims to their genetics and/or environment? Come learn how to use your feelings as a guidance system and master your mood.
• Group hypnotherapy: Tuesday, October 23, 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Supplement the educational session and come experience a group hypnosis meditation centered on cultivating joy and peace in your everyday lives.

Pickwick Mill tour
Thursday, October 11, 1-2:30 p.m. Members: $4.50
Meet at the Pickwick Mill, 24813 County Road 7, Winona, for a self-guided tour of all six floors of the mill. Stop by the restaurant beforehand for food if you wish. Carpooling will be available; ground-level floor is accessible but there are stairs to additional floors. Registration ends on October 10.
