On Saturday, September 29, Minnesota State College (MSC) Southeast will host the fourth annual Boy Scouts of America Sugar Loaf District Merit Badge Fair. The full-day event will be held on the college’s Winona campus (1250 Homer Road, Winona).
The Boy Scout Merit Badge Fair is an opportunity for Boy Scouts from all around southeastern Minnesota to earn merit badges, helping them progress toward their goal of achieving the Eagle Scout Award.
The day begins with a flag ceremony by the Order of the Arrow at 8 a.m. Morning merit badge classes run from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and afternoon classes are from 1 to 4:30 p.m. The closing ceremony takes place from 4:30 to 5 p.m.
