Friday, August 16

• At 11:45 p.m. police arrested Drew Ann Sargeant Conner, 20, of Arcadia, and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle after she allegedly fled officers during a traffic stop in Buffalo County. Conner was stopped using stop sticks on the interstate bridge, and subsequently placed under arrest.

Saturday, August 17

• At 1:13 a.m. police arrested Bryton Montana Rieck, 21, of Fountain City, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of second-degree possession of cocaine or methamphetamine after he was stopped on Third and Main streets for reportedly having a burnt out headlight. Officers reportedly detected the odor of marijuna coming from the vehicle and in a search, they reportedly located 89 pills of MDMA, weighing in at a total of 38 grams.

• At 2:06 a.m. police arrested Grace Christine Henderson, 21, of Winona, and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of third-degree driving while intoxicated after she was stopped for reportedly disobeying a stop sign on the 500 block of West Third Street. She reportedly had a blood-alcohol content measured at .16 percent.

• At 2:34 a.m. police ticketed Maeve Frances Doyle, 26, of Canton, S.D., with possession of a small amount of marijuana on the railroad tracks of Levee Park.

• At 5:36 p.m. a Winona woman reported the theft of a package from the 600 block of Main Street. The package was later found and returned.

Sunday, August 18

• At 9:37 a.m. a Winona man reported that someone climbed into a fenced-in lot on the 350 block of West Second Street and stole change from inside a vehicle and removed the front grill and headlight assembly.

• At 11:36 p.m. police arrested Mason James Ellenghyusen, 18, of Altura, and referred him to the country attorney for a potential charge of third-degree driving while intoxicated after he was stopped on Seventh and Main streets for reportedly having a broken tail light. He reportedly had a blood-alcohol content measured at .21 percent. Passengers Walker Dean Peters, 18, of Rollingstone, and Casey Tanner Nahrgang, 18, of Lewiston, were ticketed with underage consumption of alcohol.

Monday, August 19

• At 1:29 a.m. police cited Jason Paul Garfield, 38, of Winona, with tampering with a motor vehicle after he attempted to get into an occupied vehicle at Winona Health by reaching in through an open window and unlocking the door.

• At 8:33 a.m. police cited Jason Paul Garfield, 38, of Winona, with trespassing after he was reportedly found sleeping in a home that was being renovated on the 950 block of West Broadway.

• At 6:19 p.m. Craig Robert Nyers, 45, of Winona, was mailed a citation for theft by shoplifting at Walmart.

Tuesday, August 20

• At 12:15 a.m. police cited Caleb Kevin Cautz, 20, of Pine Island, Minn., with underage consumption of alcohol at the intersection of Third and Market streets.

• At 2:03 a.m. a 17-year-old boy was ticketed with possession of drug paraphernalia on the 450 block of Liberty Street.

• At 2:32 a.m. police arrested Craig Robert Nyers, 45, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of third-degree possession of heroin after he was stopped for riding a bicycle with no headlight after dusk and running a stop sign on the intersection of Fifth and Lafayette streets. A bag was reportedly located on his person with 4.47 grams of heroin inside.

Friday, August 16

• At 9:48 a.m. deputies arrested Emily Marie Beeman, 22, of Winona, and ticketed her with driving after revocation after she reportedly drove off the roadway on County Road 23 and collided with a tree. Beeman and a male passenger were transported to Winona Health for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

• At 10:24 a.m. a Lewiston man reported a camper had caused $500 in damages to an awning at St. John’s Lutheran Church on Highway 43.

• At 12:51 p.m. a Minnesota City woman reported the theft of 30 prescription pills from her residence on the 50 block of Judy Lane.

Saturday, August 17

• At 8:37 p.m. deputies arrested Gregory Paul Gommels, 54, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of domestic assault causing harm after he allegedly shoved a woman at a residence on County Road 25 in Goodview. The woman was reportedly bleeding from her head.

• At 11:13 p.m. deputies arrested Perry Allyn Kamrowski, 61, of Goodview, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for allegedly failing to maintain his lane of traffic on Ninth Street and 54th Avenue in Goodview. He reportedly had a blood-alcohol content measured at .08 percent.

Sunday, August 18

• At 1:28 a.m. deputies arrested Forrest Sylas Zittel, 24, of Stockton, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of third-degree driving while intoxicated and speeding after he was stopped for allegedly speeding on County Road 23 near Cheridy Drive. He reportedly showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol, and reportedly had a blood-alcohol content measured at .19 percent.

Monday, August 19

• At 7:37 a.m. a Rollingstone man reported the theft of tools from a locked trailer at Farmers Park on Arches Road.
