Geocaching Adventure
Saturday, December 7, 12-2:30 p.m.
Meet at the Whitewater Valley Visitor Center.
Ever want to get out and explore? During this program we will be going geocaching, looking for things hidden in the woods. What will make this hunt even more exciting is that it will take us off the beaten path into a little used part of the park. So dress warm, grab your hiking boots, and let’s go on an adventure! (Distance: two miles, elevation gain: 300 feet).
H.O.P. into the Park (Healthy Older People)

Join in for the monthly H.O.P. program (Healthy Older People)! Join other older adults to learn about onatural resources. Each month the program welcomes a speaker on a different topic.
Centennial Event: Winter Celebration
Saturday, December 21, 12-3 p.m.
Meet at the Whitewater Valley Visitor Center.
This is the final event in the year-long celebration of Whitewater’s centennial anniversary! Join in for an afternoon of hot cocoa and winter-themed activities including winter golf on the old golf course, winter ornaments, candle decorating and building a winterland scene with LEGO bricks. This is your last chance to participate in a centennial event and receive a copy of the centennial anniversary photo book, “The Paradise of Minnesota.”
