Friday, March 20

• At 12:40 p.m. a woman reported that the lock was cut off her storage unit on the 1100 block of East Seventh Street. 

Saturday, March 21

• At 5:22 p.m. officers ticketed Dakota Reid Cisneros, 23, of Winona, with theft of motor fuel on the 950 block of Mankato Avenue. 

Sunday, March 22

• At 2:01 p.m. a Winona woman reported that someone removed a television set from a camper on the 50 block of Harvester Street. 

Monday, March 23

• At 7:13 a.m. officers received a report of an altercation on the 150 block of East Ninth Street. According to the report, when officers arrived at the scene, a 41-year-old Winona man left through a window. The man was taken to Winona Health for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. No charges have been referred. 

• At 3:23 p.m. a woman reported that a storage unit was broken into at some point in the last two months on the 900 block of Frontenac Drive. 

• At 5:44 p.m. officers arrested Sarah Rose Davis, 39, of Winona, and referred her to the county attorney for potential charges of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of hypodermic needles/syringes. According to the report, officers observed Davis asleep over the wheel of a vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Kwik Trip on Huff and Sarnia streets. Officers then reportedly found in the vehicle a bag with several syringes and a scale. According to the report, a white substance on the scale field-tested positive for methamphetamine, as did a liquid in one of the syringes. There were reportedly 0.46 grams of liquid in the syringe. 

Tuesday, March 24

• At 3:42 a.m. officers ticketed Laura Lynn Nissalke, 51, of Winona, with trespassing, after she reportedly went to a location on the 700 block of East Third Street at which she had previously received a trespass notice. 

• At 10:30 a.m. a man reported a theft from a storage unit on the 1100 block of East Seventh Street. 

∙At 1:24 p.m. officers ticketed Charles David Sackett, 36, of Winona, with theft by shoplifting at Walmart. 

∙At 1:39 p.m. officers ticketed Cassidy Marie Jones, 22, of Monticello, Minn., with theft by shoplifting at Walmart. 

Wednesday, March 25 

∙At 2:01 a.m. officers arrested Juan Ramirez, 36, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of domestic assault. According to the report, Ramirez punched someone in the head multiple times on the 600 block of West Fifth Street. 

• At 1:03 p.m. officers ticketed Baily Jo Miller, 33, of Winona, and Shanden Daniel Ristau, 29, of Winona, with theft by shoplifting at Target. 

• At 4:02 p.m. officers ticketed Alexandria Grace Kalina, 21, of Winona, with theft by shoplifting at Walmart. 

Thursday, March 26 

• At 12:04 a.m. officers ticketed Trinity Rose Knutsen, 19, of Red Wing, Minn., and Dajuane Diamonique Byrd, 19, of Winona, with underaged consumption of alcohol on the 1300 block of Crocus Circle. 

• At 1:39 p.m. officers ticketed Timothy William Glowczewski, 59, of Winona, with inattentive driving. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Glowczewski on Franklin and Sarnia streets struck the bumper of a vehicle stopped at a stoplight, causing that vehicle to hit another vehicle in front of it.

Monday, March 23

• At 1:19 a.m. Stockton woman reported that she received a call from someone claiming their company had accidentally deposited $30,000 into her savings account. She reportedly gave them her savings account number, and $26,000 was removed from her account. 

Monday, March 23

• At 9:06 p.m. deputies arrested Dennis George Lemke, 44, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of fleeing peace officers in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the report, deputies observed a vehicle driven by Lemke going around 100 mph on Highway 61 and County Road 23. They attempted to pull him over, and a pursuit reportedly ensued. After pulling him over, they found marijuana and methamphetamine drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, according to the report.

Tuesday, March 24

∙At 7:30 p.m. deputies received a report of a single-vehicle UTV crash near the 24000 block of Whitman Deering Drive in Minnesota City. According to the report, a Minnesota City woman was the sole occupant of the UTV. She was reportedly riding on a trail when the UTV went down an embankment and struck a tree.   

Thursday, March 26

• At 10:48 a.m. a man reported that a log splitter and boat battery were stolen on Wildlife Drive in Lewiston.
