Winona Police 

Tuesday, September 29

•At 3:45 p.m. officers arrested Gusta Garvin Blom, 43, of Hokah, Minn., on suspicion of domestic assault on the 400 block of East Fifth Street. 

Monday, October 5

•At 8:57 p.m. officers arrested Jose Louis Delgado Jr., 21, of Plainview, Minn., and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of felony domestic assault. He allegedly punched someone’s lip and tackled someone on the 200 block of Zumbro Street. 

 

Winona County 

Tuesday, September 29

•At 4:39 p.m. deputies arrested Andrew Michael Gimlin, 35, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of felony domestic assault by strangulation, fifth-degree domestic assault and gross-misdemeanor punishment of a child. Gimlin allegedly choked, slapped and spanked a child on the 200 block of Mankato Avenue last Sunday. 

Wednesday, September 30

•At 12:59 a.m. deputies arrested Evan Mark Johnson, 23, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of gross-misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. He was initially pulled over due to causing the tires of the vehicle he was operating to squeal on Franklin and Eighth streets, according to the report. A breath test reportedly measured his blood-alcohol content at 0.21 percent. 

Friday, October 2

•At 7:13 a.m. a Minnesota City business owner reported that a welding tool with a value of about $1,200 was stolen from their business. 

•At 10 a.m. a Stockton business owner reported that tools with a combined value of $2,589 were stolen from their business. 

Sunday, October 4

•At 1:19 a.m. deputies arrested Dylan Matthew Zayne, 19, of Rushford, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was pulled over on Highway 43 for allegedly weaving on the road. Officers then reportedly found marijuana in his vehicle. 

Monday, October 5

•At 2:19 a.m. deputies arrested Austin Michel Coleman, 25, of Lewiston, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of misdemeanor domestic assault and gross-misdemeanor interference with a 911 call after he allegedly pushed someone, which caused them to hurt their shoulder, and interfered with a 911 call a third party made in Lewiston. 

 

Trempealeau County 

Tuesday, September 29

•At 4:54 p.m. deputies arrested Hesse Honaker on a warrant after he reportedly bumped the rear bumper of a vehicle in front of him in the Co-Op Credit Union drive-up in the Village of Strum and threw an orange out the vehicle’s window. He also ran away from the vehicle on foot into a wooded area when deputies arrived, according to the report. Deputies located Honaker using a K-9 and a drone, according to the report.
