Cotter boasts record season; Gardner only freshman given All-State recognition

Cotter Schools’ girls soccer head coach, Marie Barrientos, and forward, Olivia Gardner, received All-State recognition and were honored at a banquet in St. Paul, Minn., on October 21. Coach Barrientos has been named Class A Coach of the Year by the Minnesota State High Schools Soccer Coaches Association and Gardner was named First Team All-State!

Gardner led the Rambler offense with 24 goals and seven assists. As a freshman, Gardner already has 42 goals and 18 assists on her player resume. She was the only freshman to receive All-State honors this season.
