The Cotter High School speech team competed at Rochester John Marshall on February 9. Over 400 students from 22 schools were there, including three-time State Champion Cannon Falls.

Seventeen of Cotter’s speakers won awards and three members won their respective category: Martin Kim, discussion; Aubrey Williams, extemporaneous reading; and Choco Li, informative.
