Project FINE will host a capstone event for its Cultural Arts & Ancestry Hmong Art project on November 28 at 5 p.m. in the lower level of the Winona State University Kryszko Commons building. This event is a celebration of the rich cultural and artistic heritage of the community and will feature displays of artifacts and art pieces created by program participants. Artists and class participants will be in attendance to provide demonstrations and background information. The event is free and open to the public.
Project FINE is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to strengthen and enrich the community by facilitating the integration of people who are ethnically diverse. It serves Winona County and the surrounding region through a variety of programs and services for newcomers and established residents.
