Frozen River Film Festival announces 2017 30-Second Film Festival


Documentary film festival will host its 4th 30 Seconds in Winona

Frozen River Film Festival (FRFF) has announced that this year’s 30 Seconds in Winona will take place on Friday, October 13, 2017, at the Winona County Historical Society, 160 Johnson Street. This mini-festival consists of 30-second films created by the Winona area community and filmmakers at large.

The 2017 event will feature over $350 in cash and $300 in prizes including canoe paddles, vacation stays and gifts from local businesses. FRFF will be accepting submissions in any of the following categories until September 15:

• Creativity and innovation
• Winona history
• Have you met my pet?
• Youth cinema (14 and under)
