George Bailey is a dreamer and a visionary who wants to go places and do big things. He wants to change the world, but throughout his entire life he must sacrifice his own desires and dreams for someone or something else, generally the family business. It is on one Christmas Eve that George has reached the end of his rope and it isn’t until he experiences life as if he had never been born that he realizes he never knew how important he was — until he wasn’t. Come be transported into the 1940s and KOWT Radio Theatre’s studio to experience “It’s A Wonderful Life” by Tony Palermo like never before! This is one memory you won’t want to miss making with your family.
Admission will be available at the door and is $10 for adults, $5 for college students, and free for high school students and younger. To get to Old Main, turn south from W. Gale or Ridge Avenue onto 12th Street, then right on College Avenue.
