Hot Reads for Cold Nights
Winona Public Library’s (WPL) annual Hot Reads for Cold Nights adult winter reading program is back!
The program runs from January 7 to March 8, and all you have to do is read or listen to five books (eBooks included) and record them in a reading log. After you return the first reading log to the library, you will receive a free library coffee mug.
At the end of the program, your reading logs will be entered into a drawing for one of many grand prizes. Grand prizes include two $12.50 gift certificates to the Blue Heron Coffeehouse; a free 16-ounce juice/smoothie from Bluff Country Co-op; four $5 gift certificates to Ground Round; a $25 gift card to Hy-Vee; two $20 gift cards to Kwik Trip; five free Karuba Golds and free Cheese Mountain pizzas from Kwik Trip; three McDonald’s prize packs, which include a free breakfast sandwich, McCafe smoothie/frappe, large sandwich, fries, and premium salad; a $50 gift card to Midtown Foods; and more!
You must be 18 or older and have a WPL card to participate in Hot Reads for Cold Nights. All materials read or listened to must come from the library or through interlibrary loans. Persons may reenter the grand prize drawing multiple times.
WPL thanks sponsors for making Hot Reads for Cold Nights Possible!
