THAD presents ‘A Dog’s House’


The Department of Theatre & Dance (THAD) will present “A Dog’s House,” by Micah Schraft, on Wednesday, November 15, through Sunday, November 19, in the Dorothy B. Magnus Theatre located in the Performing Arts Center at Winona State University. Performance times are 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday through Saturday, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday.


“A Dog’s House” is a dark comedy that tests a couple’s relationship when their beloved rottweiler, Jock, suddenly exhibits violent behavior and kills the neighbor’s toy poodle. Jock’s owners are forced to examine their own moral compasses and uncover secrets in their relationship as they attempt to cover up Jock’s actions. This play contains mature language.


“A Dog’s House” is directed by Jim Williams.
