Mildred H. Palubicki, 90, died Thursday, December 31, 2009, at Sauer Memorial Home.
Mildred was born January 20, 1919, in Lewiston, Minn., to Philip and Amanda (Ellinghuysen) Prigge. She married Henry G. Palubicki on May 30, 1941, in Winona. He preceded her in death on July 8, 1990.
She attended grade school at St. Martin’s Lutheran School. She was a member of St. Martin’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Mildred worked for Miller Lubricators and Winona Knitting Mills.
She is survived by two sons, George (Kay) Palubicki, of Goodview, Minn., and Conrad Palubicki, Winona; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Lillian Cada of Winona, Edna Koria of Pennsylvania, and Elna Goodman of Houston, Texas.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband; three brothers, Ray, Wilbert and Elmer Prigge; four sisters, Elvera Allred, Norma Fratzke, Bernice Brand, and an infant sister, Doris.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 2, at 11 a.m. at Martin-Myhre Funeral Chapel, with Reverend Richard Moore officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Saturday at the Martin-Myhre Funeral Home after 10 a.m.
