"At 11:35 p.m. police pulled over a vehicle driven by Marci Marie Larocque, 27, of Winona, for having an object suspended from her rearview mirror. She failed a field sobriety test and was cited for fourth degree driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content measured at .11 percent.
Sunday, December 23
"At 1:12 a.m. police found a vehicle hung up on a guard rail on Riverview Drive near Theurer Boulevard. The driver, Glenn Peter Brown, 51, of Winona, failed a field sobriety test and refused an alcohol test. He was arrested for fourth degree driving while intoxicated and third degree test refusal.
Monday, December 24
"At 2:28 a.m. police pulled over a vehicle driven by Mark Edward Tye, 28, of Winona, for having a brake light out near Highway 61 and Huff Street. He failed a field sobriety test and was cited for third degree driving while intoxicated, second degree test refusal, no proof of insurance and equipment violation.
Friday, December 21
"At 10:30 p.m. police responded to a report of a vehicle that went off the roadway at the intersection of County Road 17 and County Road 12. Michael Scott Little, 38, of Hastings, Minn., was cited for careless driving for traveling 40 mph in a 30 zone before traveling off the roadway and sideswiping a dumpster.
