Theft/Damage

Saturday, December 10

"At 12:05 p.m. Linda Merchlewitz, of Fountain City, reported that the cover of the spare tire on the rear of her vehicle had been cut. Merchlewitz believes the damage occurred while she was parked at TRW in Winona.

Sunday, December 11

"At 3:51 p.m. Michelle Dawn Varhol, 24, Winona, reported that the driver's side window on her vehicle had been broken while the vehicle was parked in the 200 block of Gould Street.

Monday, December 12

"At 8:29 a.m. Rachel Denzer, of Winona, reported that a license plate was stolen off her vehicle while it was parked in the 200 block of North Baker Street. Denzer reported that she first noticed the plate was missing at noon on Friday.

"At 2:27 p.m. Tami Moger, of Winona, reported that a license plate was stolen off her vehicle while it was parked in the 250 block of East 8th Street.

"At 9:31 p.m. Roxanne Kohner, of Goodview, reported that her daughter's purse was stolen during a choir concert at a Winona school. The purse was later located in a classroom, but $21 was missing.

Friday, December 9

"At 7:57 a.m. at the intersection of 10th and Grant streets, Joshua Patrick Kellen, 24, Winona, was cited for 4th degree drunken driving, failure to yield right of way and disobeying a stop sign. According to the report, Kellen's vehicle collided with another vehicle. Kellen reportedly sustained minor cuts to his face. The other driver was not injured. Kellen's blood alcohol content measured 0.11 percent.

Saturday, December 10

"At 1:43 a.m. at the intersection of 3rd and Center streets, Harry Bruce Noonan, 42, Winona, was cited for 4th degree drunken driving, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Noonan's blood alcohol content measured 0.19 percent.

Sunday, December 11

"At 12:48 a.m. at the intersection of 8th and Wilson streets, Anthony Richard Linbo, 24, Winona, was cited for 4th degree drunken driving. Linbo's blood alcohol content measured 0.14 percent.

Monday, December 12

"Forty-three alternate side parking tickets were issued.

"At 8:31 p.m. on Broadway near the railroad tracks, Christine Mary Anne Dwyer, 18, Parkridge, Ill., was cited for 4th degree drunken driving and speeding. Dwyer's blood alcohol content measured 0.12 percent.

Tuesday, December 13

"Twenty-nine alternate side parking tickets were issued.

Sunday, December 11

"At 2:27 a.m. Derrick Paul Hankins, 18, Tennessee, was cited for giving false information to a police officer and minor consumption. Hankins was transported to Community Memorial Hospital for detoxification treatment. His blood alcohol content measured 0.313 percent.
