Jacqueline L. Kujak, 63, of Pine Creek, WI, died Monday, January 5, 2009, at her home.
She was born February 27, 1945, to Lambert and Aurelia (Peplinski) Lilla. On October 9, 1965, Jacqueline married David Kujak at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Creek, WI. She worked at Ashley Furniture. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Rosary Society.
Jacqueline is survived by her husband, David Kujak of Pine Creek, WI, five children: Diane (Dennis) Semling of Fountain City, WI, Joseph (Melissa) Kujak of Dodge, WI, Brenda Kujak of Blair, WI, Carol (Thomas) Hunger of Fountain City, WI, and Michael (Tracy) Kujak of Dodge, WI, 12 grandchildren: Kristen Wotta, Matthew and Katie Semling, Daniel, Katherine, Maggie, and Olivia Kujak, Kelly, Nicole, and Ethan Hunger, and Ryan and Mitchell Kujak; two great-grandchildren: Ava Semling and Emerson Papenfuss, one brother, Donald (Peggy) Lilla of Winona, MN, two sisters, LaDonna (Francis) Teske of Dodge, WI, and Kathryn (David) Kramer of Trempealeau, WI, and three sisters-in-law: Ruth Jaszewski of Dodge, WI, Karen Radomski of Arcadia, WI, and Mary (Roger) Spittler of Galesville, WI.
Preceding Jacqueline in death were her parents; infant brother, Jack Lilla, mother-in-law: Dorothy Olson, father-in-law: Joseph Kujak, three brothers-in-law: Richard Kujak, Frank Radomski, and Paul Jaszewski, and nephew, Adam Lilla.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held January 9, 2009, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Creek with Father Raj officiating. Burial was at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Casket bearers were Brian and Bert Lilla, Fran and Scott Teske, Rick Kujak, and Ron Spittler.
