Senior Living at Watkins Free Music Monday – Larry Langen
Monday, January 5, 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Community members are welcome. Watkins Great Hall, 175 East Wabasha (Seventh) Street, Winona, Minn. Come early or stay after if interested in touring Senior Living at Watkins. All about Baby
Tuesday, January 6, 12 – 1:30 p.m.
Winona Health, Women’s Health Center, clinic third floor.
Weekly drop-in group for parents to weigh their baby, get answers to questions and meet other parents. New parents and expecting parents are welcome. Facilitators are Robyn Hinz, RN, IBCLC, and Jenni McHugh, Baby Connections facilitator and certified parent educator. Preparing for Childbirth Series
Tuesday, January 6, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Winona Health, Women’s Health Center.
This class will help expectant parents to positively cope with the emotional and physical changes that occur during pregnancy. This class runs on Wednesdays Jan. 6 to Feb. 3. The class size is limited so please register by calling June at 507-457-4491.

Public First Aid
Wednesday, January 7, 3 – 5 p.m.
Winona Health, B.A. Miller Auditorium (third floor).
The cost of this class is $50 which includes your book. To register or for more information, please call June at 507-457-4491

Emotions Anonymous Support Group
Wednesday, January 7, 7 – 8:30 p.m.
Winona Health, Lake Winona Manor Classroom, 865 Mankato Ave., Winona, Minn.
Emotions Anonymous is offering a weekly support group for women dealing with emotional issues. An Emotions Anonymous group leader will guide the program. This class offers a 12-step program to help women cope with the stress of daily living and to live a healthier emotional life. If you have unsolved problems, depression, mental health concerns, anxiety or emotional difficulties, you are encouraged to attend. There is no charge for this class. Smoking Cessation Program
Thursday, January 8, 6 – 7:30 p.m.
Winona Health, Parkview Conference Room, 855 Mankato Ave.
This four-session program will assist you with becoming smoke free. It will help you identify why you smoke, focus on why you want to quit, and how to do that. You may call in to register or walk in the first night. For information or to register call Lynn Sprain at 507-474-3324
