Castle Realty Winona, LLC to hold grand opening: Public welcome

(6/28/2017)

Castle Realty Winona, LLC, will hold a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, June 29, from 3-6 p.m. at its new office, located at 72 East Third Street. The event is free and open to the public.

“It’s exciting to expand from our La Crosse location into another market. We know the Winona area can really benefit from the knowledge of our expert advisors and innovative technology.  We have a commitment to excellence that makes a difference in the lives of our clients and the communities we serve,” said Alan Iverson, broker/co-owner.

Castle Realty has been operating in Winona for several years but only recently decided to open a physical office there. According to Tina Sharmach, a seven-year veteran of the real estate industry and the broker/co-owner who will be leading the Winona team, “As a resident of Fountain City, I’m really excited about having a Winona office that will help me better serve my friends and neighbors.” The Castle Realty Winona team has already been out actively getting to know community members by participating in events like Steamboat Days, Touch a Truck, Hope Harbor, and others.

Castle Winona team members will be on hand to answer questions and to demonstrate Castle Realty’s advanced real estate tools including its robust website and Home Finder app. “We bring a lot of great tools to the Winona market,” said Castle Realty Marketing Director Kristie Tweed. “Our website is amazing and our Castle Finder app is the only real estate app in the region that features augmented reality.  We make it easy to find, like, and inquire about homes on the market and we even have a program to find homes that haven’t been listed yet.” According to Pam Henderson, who recently purchased a home with the help of Castle Realty, “That is a huge advantage, especially in today’s low inventory market!”
