Solomon’s Song is hosting its second annual Super Soaker Fun Fest! Join in on August 12 at 10 a.m. for a day of physical fun to help stomp out stigma and promote mental health awareness. The fest begins with a two-mile walk, run, and skip around West Lake, Winona, with a 34-foot blow up Slip-n-Slide finish line. After the walk, hang around to play yard games, jump in the bounce house and run through the inflatable obstacle course and take your turn at the dunk tank. Additional fun includes music, food and friendship!
The registration fee is $20 per person or $15 per person for teams of four or more. Register at Active.com or download the registration form at SolomonsSong.org. For more information visit SolomonsSong.org.
Solomon’s Song is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering community connections that fortify the belief that people are all more alike than they are different. It promotes healthy minds and bodies, celebrates diversity, and works to stomp out stigma in its many forms. Proceeds from the race will fund programming for suicide prevention and mental health awareness in the Winona schools and greater community.
