Kathleen (Kathy) M. Joswick, 62, of Duluth Minn., passed away on February 5, 2018, with her daughter at her side at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth.
Kathy was born on August 5, 1955, in Washington, D.C., to Romauld and Helen (Farrell) Joswick. She moved to Bluff Siding, Wis., with her parents in 1974. She relocated to Winona, Minn., in 1983 before finally settling in Duluth in 1993.
Kathy was the proud mother of Jenni (Joswick) Dahl, who she loved very much.
Kathy loved collecting Native American collectables. She also had an expansive collection of movies. Kathy enjoyed listening to Stevie Nicks, Barbara Streisand, and Paul McCartney and Wings.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her sister, Anne Kiekbusch; her brothers, James Joswick and Richard Joswick.
She is survived by her only daughter, Jennifer (Dustin-Pudge) Dahl of Winona; her sister, Mary (Jack) Mattson of Maryland; sister-in-law, Sandra Joswick of Maryland; brothers, Pat Joswick of Winona, Romey Joswick of Winona, and Michael Joswick of Buffalo City; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
A celebration of life luncheon will be held in Kathy’s memory on Saturday, March 3, at the VFW in Winona starting at noon. There will be a short prayer said at 1:30, when guests can share stories or memories of Kathy.
