Waterfowl hunters and anyone else with an interest in Wisconsin’s fall waterfowl hunting season structure are encouraged to take a look at proposed season structure and submit feedback during March meetings and via written comment. Public hearings will be held from March 12-15; in addition, written comments are accepted through March 16. Following this public comment period, final season structure will be set by the Natural Resources Board at its April 11 meeting in Madison.
A public hearing will be held at the La Crosse State Office Building, rooms B-19 and B-20 (3550 Mormon Coulee Road) at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 13.
Department of Natural Resources staff will accept public comments regarding proposed waterfowl season structure at the public hearing.
