Winona Police
Friday, September 21
· At 4:13 p.m. an individual reported that a blue racing bicycle had been stolen from the 250 block of Cummings Street.
· At 9:48 p.m. an adult male reported that a solar light on his property was damaged after he heard someone on his deck attempting to get into his home. · At 11:46 p.m. police cited Anthony Saucedo, 18, of Waukegan, Ill., with underage consumption of alcohol and fleeing police on foot, and Jordan Andrew Peda, 18, of Rochester, Minn., with underage consumption of alcohol after they were found at a house at the intersection of Wabasha and Main streets.

Saturday, September 22
· At 12:11 a.m. police cited both Payten Nicole Sunell, 18, of Blaine, Minn., and Arianna Maria Hutchinson, 18, of Duluth, Minn., with underage consumption of alcohol.
· At 3:49 a.m. an adult male reported a car had struck a tree, and that it had presumably been stolen. The cost of damages are not known.
· At 5:41 a.m. police cited Terry Carlton Ross, 40, of Winona, with violating a domestic abuse-no contact order at the Super 8 Motel.
· At 8:25 a.m. an adult male reported a stolen package from his porch at the 650 block of East Seventh Street.
· At 9:15 a.m. police cited Logan Mitchell Posen, 34, of Winona, with fifth-degree domestic assault causing fear, and Avery Joseph Bolduan, 24, of Winona, with fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine.
· At 4:26 p.m. police cited Nicholas Jack Hestekin, 19, of Eau Claire, Wis., with underage consumption of alcohol.
· At 5:51 p.m. police cited Tara Lynn Brown, 35, of Winona, with trespassing at Walmart.
· At 8:13 p.m. an adult female reported that a light had been broken off a pole on the 450 block of West Broadway, along with a light decoration for landscaping from her lawn.

Sunday, September 23
· At 12:05 a.m. police cited Bryce Jonathan Beck, 19, of Winona, with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine; possession of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers reportedly found his car fogged up after leaving a party. According to police, he had 0.71 grams of cocaine and 1.25 grams of marijuana in the vehicle.
· At 12:51 a.m. police cited Nicholas Edward Zarembinski, 21, of Forest Lake, Minn., with public consumption of alcohol.
· At 1 a.m. police cited Jacob Timothy Ryan, 22, of Prior Lake Minnesota, with public urination.
· At 7:31 a.m. police cited Tamika Tiara Lyda, 29, of Winona, and Marinda Marie Snead, 28, of Winona, with fifth-degree domestic assault.
· At 10:35 a.m. a Winona man reported a package stolen from his steps at the 100 block of East 10th Street.
· At 2:04 p.m. a Winona woman reported that an unknown small gold vehicle had crossed the railroad tracks on 12th and Grand streets while the crossing arm was being lowered, and broke it.
· At 4:21 p.m. a Winona woman reported a billfold being stolen from her unlocked car near the intersection of Third and Lafayette streets. Several debit cards, credit cards, and some money were reported missing.
· At 7:12 p.m. an adult female reported that a debit card had been taken from the nightstand at her residence on the 550 block of Mankato Avenue.
· At 11:30 p.m. police cited Scott Allen Holmquist, 19, of Gaylord, Minn., and Bryce Alan Null, of The Woodlands, Texas, for reportedly trespassing at Garvin Heights.

Monday, September 24
· At 3:45 a.m. police cited Gage Mathew Stewart, 22, of Sheldon, Wis., for driving while intoxicated after he had reportedly hit a utility pole and left. He reportedly had a blood-alcohol content measured at 0.23 percent.
· At 11:37 a.m. a woman reported the theft of an older black Schwinn cruiser from the 400 block of West Seventh Street with a value of $240.

Tuesday, September 25
· At 2:05 a.m. police cited Neil Declan Tulloh, 19, with fourth-degree assault after he allegedly spit on a police officer near the intersection of Broadway and Mankato Avenue.

Winona County Sheriff
Friday, September 21
· At 9:59 p.m. deputies cited Garth Steven Nahrgang, 47, of Lewiston, with driving while intoxicated. He was reportedly pulled over for speeding, after which the deputy noticed beer cans in the back. Nahrgan reportedly had a blood-alcohol content measured at 0.09 percent.

Saturday, September 22
· At 11:59 a.m. deputies arrested a 48-year-old Zumbrota, Minn., under suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Deputies reported that the man was driving over the center line, was shaky and had glassy, red eyes. Deputies acquired a warrant for a blood test; the results are still pending.

Sunday, September 23
· At 2:36 p.m. an adult male reported that two boat trailers in Minnesota City had been damaged. Both trailers had their tires slashed and the sidings punctured. The damages are estimated at $140 for one trailer and $160 for the second. A worker at the Boat Club reported that six containers of bait had been stolen with a total value of $18.
· At 9:19 p.m. deputies assisted the Winona Police Department in locating two children. Deputies found the children at a laundromat on Fifth Street, and waited for Winona Police to arrive to escort the children home.

Tuesday, September 24
· At 5:12 p.m., deputies responded to a disturbance involving a knife on Wilmar Street in Rollingstone. A juvenile male, 15, was cited with second-degree assault, domestic assault causing fear and making terroristic threats after he reportedly brandished a knife at two individuals, and allegedly told deputies that they “will be in for a surprise” and to “watch their back on the street.”

Buffalo County
Saturday, September 22
· At 1:30 p.m. deputies responded to a two-vehicle collision near the intersection of Osseo Road and Indee Boulevard in Independence, Wis. A vehicle was reportedly attempting to make a left-hand turn when a second vehicle rear-ended the first, causing substantial damage to both vehicles. A 12-year-old passenger of the second vehicle was transported to a nearby hospital for the treatment of minor injuries. The driver of the second vehicle, Mandy Olson, 35, of Independence, Wis., was cited with inattentive driving.

Minnesota State Patrol
Sunday, September 23
· At 9:32 p.m. state patrol responded to a motorcycle accident on Highway 74 in Saratoga Township. The driver, Brian Anthony Kruger, 44, of St. Charles, was reportedly driving southbound on Highway 74 when he lost control of the motorcycle and left the roadway. Kruger was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital for the treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
