Take Control of Stress (eight-week program)

During this program, learn more about the effects of stress on your body and mind, along with strategies to effectively manage stress and fatigue and reduce your risk of burnout. Infant CPR and choking class

Anyone caring for your baby should take an infant CPR class, including your caregivers, grandparents and babysitters. This is a weekly drop-in group for parents to weigh their baby, get answers to questions and meet other parents. New parents and expecting parents are welcome. The facilitator is Robyn Hinz RN, IBCLC. If you have any questions, or are interested in an evening group, call 507-457-7736.

This program is appropriate for those who have an understanding of how to properly lose weight, but are having a difficult time doing it. It is perfect for graduates of the HealthyFit Weight Management program who want additional support while continuing to lose weight.
