Winona Police 

Tuesday, June 2

• At 8:45 p.m. a man reported that a windshield of a vehicle was damaged on the 1000 block of Homer Road. 

Wednesday, June 3 

• At 4:37 a.m. officers ticketed Brently Steven Johnson, 57, of Winona, with trespassing at the Kwik Trip on Broadway and Mankato Avenue. 

Thursday, June 4

• At 7:47 a.m. a woman reported that the windshield of a vehicle was smashed in on the 400 block of High Forest Street. 

• At 8:13 p.m. a man reported that a PlayStation was stolen on the 950 block of East Eighth Street. 

Friday, June 5 

• At 7:23 a.m. officers received a report that a bike was stolen on the 700 block of Mark Street. 

• At 9 a.m. officers arrested Osei Owusu, 29, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of felony violation of a harassment restraining order after he reportedly pointed a gun at someone with a harassment restraining order against him. 

• At 12:49 p.m. officers ticketed Jessie William King, 42, of Winona, with theft by shoplifting at Hy-Vee. 

• At 4:44 p.m. officers arrested Joshua Douglas Memmer, 30, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of violating a harassment restraining order on the 550 block of West Fourth Street. 

Saturday, June 6

• At 4:38 p.m. a man reported that the windshield of a vehicle, as well as the window in the back hatch of the vehicle, were broken on the 950 block of East Eighth Street.  

Sunday, June 7

• At 2:31 p.m. officers ticketed Tonya Lynn Zimmerman, 34, of Winona, with theft by shoplifting at Walmart. 

• At 3:33 p.m. officers received a report that someone tried to drill the lock on a pop machine at Westfield Golf Course. 

• At 8:03 p.m. officers ticketed Tonya Lynn Zimmerman, 34, of Winona, with theft by shoplifting at Walmart. 

 

Winona County 

Sunday, June 7

• At 1:27 p.m. a woman reported that a fog light from the passenger side of a vehicle was stolen in Minnesota City. 

• At 6:22 p.m. deputies arrested Richard Robert Ryan, 68, of St. Charles, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of third-degree driving while intoxicated after he was pulled over for reportedly not staying in a lane on County Road 39. 

Thursday, June 4

• At about 8:30 a.m. deputies arrested Ashley Roshon Ackman, 36, and Constance Marie Laurel, 34, both of St. Charles, and referred them to the county attorney for potential charges of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the report, deputies found methamphetamine, pills and drug paraphernalia on the 1300 block of Richland Avenue in St. Charles while executing a search warrant as part of an ongoing investigation.
