Winona Police
Friday, December 14

• At 8:40 a.m. police arrested Gusta Garvin Blom, 42, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of felony domestic assault with prior convictions after he reportedly punched a woman in the back and struck her with a phone cord on the the 400 block of East Fifth Street.

• At 2:36 p.m. police cited Chela Cecelia Navarro, 30, of Winona, with theft by shoplifting at Fleet Farm.

• At 9:09 p.m. a Winona woman reported the theft of a $250 red Guess brand coat from the women’s locker room at the YMCA.

Saturday, December 15

• At 1:34 a.m. a Winona woman reported that the basement window to her residence had been broken on the 150 block of East Broadway. There were no signs of entry to the property.

• At 9:50 a.m. police cited Ashley Lynn Dzwonkowski, 34, of Houston, for violation of a harassment restraining order after she reportedly sent text messages and called the individual who holds the order.

• At 10:40 a.m. a Winona woman reported damage to the driver’s side mirror and door of her vehicle overnight on the 100 block of St. Charles Street.


Monday, December 17

• At 7:14 p.m. police arrested Kristine Elizabeth Glover, 38, of Winona, and referred her to the county attorney for potential charges of fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, third-degree test refusal, driving after suspension and having no proof of insurance after she reportedly attempted to make a right turn off Chatfield Street onto Seventh Street and hit a parked car.

• At 11:27 p.m. police arrested Jacob Andrew Hunsicker, 24, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of obstructing the legal process after he allegedly resisted an officer attempting to remove him from the traffic lane on the 550 block of West Broadway.

Friday, December 14

• At 9:49 p.m. deputies cited Katreena Marie Evallin Ro Norris, 18, of Winona, with speeding and possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle after deputies conducted a traffic stop for speeding 55 mph in a 45-mph zone, and reportedly located marijuana in a small baggie in the vehicle.

Saturday, December 15

• At 1:15 a.m. deputies arrested Mattie Elain Watkins-Johnson, 52, of Rochester, Minn., and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after deputies conducted a traffic stop for having expired license plates on Grand and Fifth streets. She reportedly had a blood-alcohol content measured at .12 percent.

• At 8:59 p.m. deputies cited Dominic Andre Rundles, 21, of Burnsville, Minn., with speeding and possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle after he was pulled over for driving 95 mph on Highway 43 near Pine Tree Lane and deputies reportedly detected and located marijuana in the vehicle.

• At 10:58 p.m. deputies arrested Angela Mae Croteau, 27, of Minnesota City, and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of domestic assault causing harm after she reportedly took a man’s phone, then proceeded to allegedly hit, kick, and push him during his attempt to get his phone back. The victim reportedly left the residence and called the police.

• At 11:56 p.m. deputies arrested Cassie Michelle Feller, 29, of Houston, and referred her to the county attorney for potential charges of third-degree driving while intoxicated after deputies conducted a traffic stop for a dangerous wide turn on county roads 12 and 17 and reportedly detected signs of intoxication. Feller reportedly had a blood-alcohol content measured at .09 percent.

Sunday, December 16

• At 1:23 a.m. deputies arrested Julia Marlene Stuckmayer, 27, of Winona, and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of fourth degree driving while intoxicated and test refusal after deputies reportedly located her in a running vehicle passed out in a parking lot located on the 100 block of West Third Street.
