Tuesday, August 6

• At 9:10 a.m. police arrested Nicholas Robert Cliver, 30, of Wausau, Wis., and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of theft and fleeing police on foot after he allegedly stole a toothbrush from Hy-Vee and attempted to return it, and reportedly fled when the police arrived.

• At 7:42 p.m. police arrested Timothy Todd Roach, 50, of Mankato, Minn., and ticketed him with disorderly conduct for allegedly being loud and disruptive to customers at Menards.

Wednesday, August 7

• At 1:15 a.m. police ticketed Nicole Angelica Klink, 31, of Lewiston, with trespassing at Walmart.

Thursday, August 8

• At 2:31 p.m. police ticketed Richard Lee Straight, 71, of Winona, with trespassing at Winhaven Court.

• At 9:22 p.m. police ticketed Robin Ray Mengedoht, 38, of Winona, with theft by swindle at Walmart.

Friday, August 9

• At 1:02 a.m. police ticketed Zeck Daniel Brennan, 18, of Rushford, with underage consumption of alcohol on the 1050 block of East Fourth Street.

• At 1:14 a.m. police ticketed Ryan William Isensee, 28, of La Crosse, Wis., with public urination after he was allegedly seen urinating on a building on the 50 block of Center Street.

Wednesday, August 7

• At 6:46 a.m. deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of County Road 27 and Highway 14 in Stockton. One vehicle, driven by Wayne Bruce Vonbargen, 61, of St. Charles, reportedly left the scene and was located later that evening. Vonbargen was arrested and referred to the county attorney for potential charges of gross-misdemeanor driving after cancellation inimical to public safety, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, and having no insurance.

Thursday, August 8

• At 8:21 a.m. a Dresbach woman reported a burglary of an unoccupied dwelling on the 46000 block of Freeman Drive in Dresbach. The alleged burglary happened sometime between August 5 and August 8, and the burglar allegedly stole less than $2,500 in cash from the residence.

• At 9:52 a.m. a Stockton man reported the theft of a pop-up camper sometime between August 1 and August 8 from his residence on the 100 block of East Main Street in Stockton.

Friday, August 9

• Brandy Lynn Kolter, 31, of Winona, was charged with felony theft of a motor vehicle for allegedly stealing a vehicle from a Winona resident on May 2, 2019. The vehicle was reportedly later located on May 16.
