On Monday, December 23, police arrested Kenneth Brian Rabenberg, 26, of Rochester, during a traffic stop and seized $17,241. Prior to the traffic stop, Rabenberg had been under investigation by the Southeastern Minnesota Narcotics Task Force and over 100 grams of meth had been purchased during the investigation. After the Task Force obtained a search warrant to Rabenberg’s home, 80 grams of meth was recovered. According to the Winona County Sheriff’s Department, Rabenberg is currently facing felony drug charges, with two counts of first-degree sale of narcotics. The Minnesota State Patrol assisted with the arrest.
