MWMF rings in the new year with People Brothers Band

Crowd favorite and annual headliner at Mid West Music Fest, The People Brothers Band will be ringing in the New Year in Winona at Ed’s No Name Bar on December 31. The event will go from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. and will feature a champagne toast at midnight and appetizers throughout the evening. Tickets are $10 in advance and can be purchased by visiting or $15 at the door.

One of the staples of Madison’s vibrant music scene, The People Brothers Band is an eight-piece rhythm and soul powerhouse whose only desire is to get you moving on the dance floor. They are the winners of the MAMA Award for 2015 Pop/R&B Album of the Year and 2013 Blues Album and Blues Song of the Year and the WAMI Award for 2014 R&B Band of the Year. Most importantly they are a family whose love for music and playing together shines brightly through each performance.

The mission of Mid West Music Fest is to promote music and art activism in the region, creating opportunities for artists, stimulating downtown economic development, and providing diverse educational resources for artists, community members and children. Learn more at
