Winona River City 4H club donates pillowcases to Winona Area Hospice for veterans

The Winona River City 4H club recently presented  Sheila Skeels, social worker of Winona Area Hospice, with over 20 patriotic pillowcases sewn by club members. Staff from Winona Hospice were present with the club members for a group picture. The 4H youth sewed the pillowcases so they can be given along with a card of thanks to veterans entering hospice. Over the past two years, the Winona River City 4H club has sewn over 90 pillowcases to be given to veterans as a thank you for their service but also as our way to let them know the club does not forget what they have done.
