Project WET
Teacher Workshop

Friday, December 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Come get your feet WET and enjoy the beauty of the Whitewater Valley as you explore Project WET! Discover how you can use these valuable tools to teach others the importance of healthy watersheds. Join in as attendees explore the amazing world of water and nature. Learn through inquiry as you take home ideas that will engage your audiences. Fulfill your standard requirements, learn a new lesson, meet new people and enjoy nature at its finest. The cost is $35 per participant. We Are Water Minnesota Exhibit
Saturday, December 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

We are Water Minnesota is a local piece of the Smithsonian’s Think Water initiative to raise awareness of water as a critical resource for life through exhibitions, educational resources and public programs. The exhibit will be on display at Whitewater State Park through December. Docents will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to guide visitors through the interactive exhibits.
