Do-it-yourself bath bombs and more

• $5 for Bluff Country Co-op (BCC) owners, $7 for non-owners

Back by popular demand, bath bliss experts Heather and Hailey will show you how to make serious bath bombs, soaks, and teas. Each participant will make and take home their own bath product.

Tasty Tuesdays

In this new series held on the first Tuesday of every month, fruits and veggies will be introduced to children ages five and under. Each child will receive a free fruits and veggies passport, which will be used as a guide as your child(ren) explore(s) new tastes.

Teen Cuisine: Bread Baking

This class is for teens only! Learn to bake your own bread from scratch.

Trauma and injuries treated holistically

• Wednesday, March 13, 6-7 p.m.

• $12 for BCC owners, $15 for non owners. Space is limited. Please RSVP to 507-452-1815.

Herbalist Bonnie Kreckow will discuss the impact herbs can have on a body when an injury or trauma has occurred and show you how to prepare a poultice and a compress.

Kids Cook!

Kids 12 and under will enjoy this fun, interactive introduction to cooking.

Date night

• Saturday, March 16, 5-8 p.m.

• $30 per couple — space is limited to four pairs. Please RSVP at 507-452-1815.

This class is perfect for a fun date night or roommate activity! Each pair will work together to create one of four courses (appetizer, salad, main course, dessert). The evening will end with a shared meal. Feel free to bring your own beer or wine.

Yoga at the Co-op

Make a lunch date with your yoga mat at the co-op! In this new partnership with Infinity Wellness, BCC is excited to offer a free yoga class in the co-op’s community room on the third Tuesday of each month. De-stress and re-focus while getting your yoga fix during the lunch hour. This gentle, all-levels 45-minute yoga sequence will help create balance in the body and mind, while allowing you to connect with and honor the light within us all. The instructor is Mollee Sheehan.

Good & Cheap

• Tuesday, March 26, 5:30-7 p.m.

Inspired by the book “Good & Cheap: Eat Well on $4/Day” by Leanne Brown, this class will offer tips and meal ideas to make your dollars stretch while you eat well. BCC will give you a store tour and show you how to make a couple good, cheap meals that you can make at home.
