Two people were arrested last week in connection to the sale of methamphetamine, according to the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Department.
Emma Ogg, 29, of Mondovi, Wis., and Charmayne Cook, 52, of Menomonie, Wis., were arrested on March 6 at 10 a.m. after officers received a report that Ogg was in possession of methamphetamine near the Buffalo County Courthouse.
According to the report, Ogg and Cook were found together in Ogg’s vehicle, and during a search the car, officers reportedly found nine grams of methamphetamine, scales, and packaging materials related to the sale of methamphetamine.
Ogg was reportedly out on bond for possession of methamphetamine and child neglect.
Cook was reportedly also in possession of methamphetamine, a scale, and packaging materials, and he was out on bond for delivery and possession of methamphetamine and theft in Dunn County.
The two were arrested and referred to the county attorney for potential charges of possession with intent to deliver three-to-ten grams of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both Cook and Ogg are being held in the Buffalo County Jail –– Ogg on a $5,000 cash bond, and Cook on a $1,000 cash bond.
