1. Ask your health care provider about different was to cope with pain. Other therapies such as physical therapy can be helpful.
2. Safely discard of unused medication. There are medication drop boxes located at the Buffalo County Courthouse in Alma and the Mondovi City Hall.
3. Learn more about naloxone, a medication to reverse opioid overdose. If you are trained to provide this medication, you could save a life.
