Sadey Rae Stolpa, age 23, passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, while surrounded by her loved ones.
Sadey was born on her mother’s birthday, February 3, 1995, to Paula Stolpa and Vern Masepohl. Sadey had a passion for learning new things about the meaning of life and philosophy. Sadey loved to listen to friends’ stories and talk for hours about anything. Sadey loved to hang out with friends and family, especially with her sister, Lindsey Wade Stolpa. She also spent most of her time nurturing to the needs of those around her, so much that one of her nicknames growing up was “Mama Sades.” One of her favorite things to do was drive around and blare her favorite music. She said it made her feel free. She had a smile that was bright and was the one to depend on if you needed someone to be there. Sadey always had faith for the future and never lost hope. She was a very strong person.
Sadey was preceded in death by her parents, Paula Rae Stolpa and Vern Wade Masepohl. Survivors include her twin sister, Lindsey Stolpa; paternal grandmother, Patricia Gappa; aunt, Tracy Stolpa; uncle, Donald Stolpa; many cousins; second parents, Dawn and Michael Reichel and family; also, many friends that she touched the hearts of over her lifetime.
A celebration of her life will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, May 24, 2018, at Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Goodview.
