Phyllis E. Lanz, age 89, of Winona, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at Sauer Healthcare.
Phyllis was born on November 10, 1928, in Bethany, Minn., to John and Lydia (Miller) Schafer. On March 1, 1949, Phyllis was united in marriage with Raymond H. Lanz of Wyattville, Minn.
