Sue (Chase) Meyer, age 58, of Winona, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014, at her home.
She was born on April 1, 1956, in La Crosse, Wis., to Gale and Janice (Kulas) Chase.
Sue was a huge Elvis fan, and the trip of her life was going to Memphis with Orlo and her mom and dad. She will be remembered for her love of doing jigsaw and crossword puzzles and watching the Lifetime network. Family was very important to Sue, and she adored her grandchildren.
Sue is lovingly survived by her long-time companion, Richard “Orlo” Orlikowski; mother, Janice (Bernie Wakeen) Chase; children, Adam (Katy) Meyer, Joe (Stephanie) Meyer, and Richard (Katie) Orlikowski; grandchildren, Kyle, Chase, and Cameron; Orlo’s mother, Mary Duresky; brother, Dennis Chase; sisters, Pat (Dan) Donahue and Lisa (Lonnie) Larson; nieces and nephews, Oscar Donahue, Brian (Michelle) Donahue; shared-daughter, Tanya (Matt) Hoarn; great-niece, Olivia; great-nephews, Caidan, Camden, and Cael; as well as other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amanda; father, Gale; grandsons, Quinn and Jaden; and great-niece, Caitlin.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home.
Sue will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery next to her daughter Amanda.
Visitation will be held at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home on Friday, January 2, 2015, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. There will not be any visitation held on Saturday before the service.
Pallbearers will be Lonnie Larson, Dan Donahue, Brian Donahue, Charlie Messerschmidt, Joe Jasnoch, and Matt Hoarn.
