Dean Ellsworth Norvet, 90, of St. Charles, died on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. His memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service, St. Charles. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the service. Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion Hugh Watson Post 190 and the VFW Post 5630. He will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery.
