FREEDOM! The right to speak freely, the right to worship the God of your understanding, the right to bear arms, and so many more.
When I consider all the hundreds of thousands of men and women who have died that we might have these rights I am humbled and awed. Yet, slowly these rights are being taken away from us one by one by a tyrant who has usurped the presidency — whose only accomplishment is to separate children from their parents and then not know how to get them together again.
WAKE UP AMERICA! WAKE UP! Do not let this happen to us as it did in years past. Let us stand up for what we believe is right, honest, and just so that those who gave their lives for us will not have died in vain. Let us never forget that most of our forefathers and mothers came to America as immigrants hoping to find a better way of life.
Let us inscribe in our hearts the words at the base of the Statue of Liberty: “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free — the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these the homeless tempest tossed to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door.”
