The driver’s licenses for all bill in the Minnesota State Legislature is a great example of what bipartisan agreements can look like. The Minnesota State Chamber of Commerce supports the bill because it is a workforce issue. There are county sheriffs and attorneys who support the bill because it is a public safety issue. There are farmers who support the bill because of their workers. There are clergy who support this bill because everyone is sacred. Everyone is a son and daughter of God. This bill does not deal with voting rights. This bill does not deal with citizenship status. Senator Jeremy Miller has the power to help make this happen. Senator Miller ran as a bipartisan and “purple candidate.” This is both a pragmatic and a moral issue. This is a bipartisan issue.
