Lewiston-Altura girls join WSHS soccer
Board signs co-op agreement against staff
recomendation
Against the recommendation of Winona Senior High School Athletic
Director Mark Winter and seven members of the athletic advisory
committee, the school board voted Thursday to approve an athletic
cooperative sponsorship agreement with the Lewiston-Altura school
district for girls soccer. The agreement paves the way for students
from Lewiston-Altura to pay a pro-rated fee and join the WSHS
girls soccer team although they are not enrolled in District
861.
