Sept 11 memorial planned

On Wednesday, Sept. 11, the Winona Fire Department will host a remembrance ceremony to mark the day of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, but Fire Chief Ed Krall wants people to know it is not meant to be a tearful event, but will honor the heroes of that tragic day.
