Go directly to jail; pay $65
County to begin charging prisoners
for room and board
Prisoners of the Winona County Jail will pay for their stay
starting Dec. 1.
By a vote of 3-1 Tuesday, with Commissioner Jerry Heim opposing
and Commissioner Judy Gilow absent, the Winona County Board approved
the adoption of a prisoner charge-back fee schedule.
