Schyde's, City negotiating
No headway has yet been made between the owners of Schyde's
Drinks and Whatnot and Winona's Chief of Police Frank Pomeroy
since a handgun was fired outside the bar Dec. 15. But a hearing
to consider the revocation of the bar's liquor license or imposition
of a fine has been canceled.
