Bruce Lee's martial art of Jeet Kune Do has come to Winona. Experience authentic Jeet Kune at the Winona Senior High School every Tuesday and Saturday. Jeet Kune Do is a practical martial art for self defense based on Chinese gung fu, Western Boxing and more. Also included is Filipino Martial Arts. All manner of weapons are practiced, knives, sticks and Filipino boxing which has everything that is in Western boxing plus all of the illegal stuff! This is for combat, not sport.

12:00 am Eggs-Change: Feed the hungry.
Pleasant Valley Church is having an Easter Eggs-Change.
On April 1 and during the week following many families and groups from Pleasant Valley Church will be going door to door offering candy filled Easter eggs in exchange for nonperishable food items that can be distributed to families in need through Winona Volunteer Services. Some suggested items would be cereal, low salt soup, canned fruit, and peanut butter, canned ham, tuna, or chicken. Other items are welcomed.

10:00 am Easter Sunday Buffet & Easter Egg Hunt at the Doub
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Rochester will be holding an Easter Sunday Buffet on April 8 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Enjoy the array of fresh sliced fruit, bountiful salads, and the omelet, waffle, chef’s performance and carving stations, as well as a dessert buffet. Bring your children to the Easter Egg Hunt in the DoubleTree lobby at 1 p.m.
