You are hereby notified that a public hearing to consider the suspension or revocation of the rental housing license for 460 West Fifth Street issued to you by the City of Winona, Minnesota, or the imposition of a civil fine, shall be held before the Winona City Council on November 7, 2005, at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall of the City of Winona, Minnesota.
The Winona City Attorney will present to the City Council evidence in support of the suspension or revocation of said license or the imposition of a civil fine, including the violations of Section 39.04.2 of the Winona City Code which occurred on April 8, 2005, August 31, 2005, and September 11, 2005.
You are further notified that a procedure has been set for the conduct of the public hearing which procedure is available for inspection at the office of the Winona City Clerk.
Further you are notified that you may appear personally and/or by counsel and present evidence and argument as to why said license should not be suspended or revoked or a civil fine imposed.
