of Proposed Ordinance
NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to establish a handicapped parking zone on the northerly side of Wabasha Street from a point 30 feet east of the east line of Vila Street to a point 20 feet easterly thereof.
