Statement of Purpose

and Effect

of Proposed Ordinance

NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to amend W.C.C. Section 32.01 Junk Automobiles to clarify that any vehicle which is not currently licensed for use on the highways of the State of Minnesota is included in the definition of junk automobiles.
